Shipping and Return Policy

 Shipping
Items ordered and paid for will ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description. We ship via USPS. 

USPS First Class - delivers within 2-5 business days
USPS Priority - delivery within 1-3 business days
USPS Priority Express - delivers within 2 business days

International Shipping
If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that normal delivery time on international orders is 3-5 business days pending customs, but can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped. All orders must pass through customs, which is a process we have no control over whatsoever. 

Order issues
Our products were created to improve the lives of our customers.  If you have any problems with your order, please contact us at info@eleviatemed.com and we will do everything we can to make it right.

We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.

Refunds and exchanges
We accept returns in unopened outer packaging (meaning the pouches containing the packets) within 30 days in exchange for a full refund. We cannot accept individual packets. 

We will offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances. Contact info@eleviatemed.com about your issue and we’ll work it out together.

Please note that EleviateMed is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns or exchanges and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery to EleviateMed.

Payment
We offer secure online ordering.
Sales tax is required on orders shipped within Georgia at the local tax rate and is calculated at checkout.
